Known lifetime inventory includes older Fortnite work as well as current CS2 posts. The campaign-added figure is the clearer view of progress since the October 2026 baseline. Neither is a count of unique people.

Added views from matched opening counters and new campaign posts. Historical lifetime views stay separate.

PHASE 1 → PHASE 2

Keep the moments. Improve the loop.

Phase 1 built the stream library, clip tracker, platform presence and content series. Its dated audit identified Lurk King and Skitz Ladder as research candidates; lifetime rank alone does not prove an edit caused growth.

Publishing was put on hold, old statistics disagreed and some deployments stayed local. Phase 2 restores one publisher, verified scheduling, comparable reviews and dated public evidence. Earlier activity remains separate from this campaign.

Latest improvement audit

Native YouTube channel observations collected October 11 at 11:14 PM Eastern. The September 13 through October 10 report shows 15,038 views, 22.8 watch hours and +2 subscribers. That selected period excludes October 11; its one-view revision is not current campaign growth.

The rolling 48-hour counter moved from 5,837 to 6,195. This 358-view moving-window difference is not the number of views earned between audits; expiry, processing and revisions can contribute.

The Door clip's late four-hour checks were collected at about 4.56–5.20 hours of age: YouTube 1,196 views and 458 engaged views; Instagram 1,544 views and 1,134 native Viewers; TikTok 313 views; X 6 video views and 9 impressions. These metrics use different platform definitions and observation times. Retention coverage is incomplete, so this does not identify a winner.

Keep the existing 7.85-second direct-exchange test after the control's 24-hour review. The new business offer is still early; missing measures remain unknown. Exact dated observations and limitations are retained in the audit log.

Initial weekly assessment completed October 11 at 2:50 PM Eastern: keep the existing direct-exchange test. Comparable completed weekly windows are not yet available, so no week-over-week trend or winning format is claimed.

What we learned

No creative winner or loser established yet. Decisions need comparable platform, format and publication-age evidence.
