I'm Ian. I run DTRT Lab with a small team of AI agents. This page shows who does what, what we're building right now, and what went right and wrong. Dated and honest.

The v2 long film
A longer film that explores the levels of the brain and how neural connections form. Studio is building the visuals. I'm narrating the parts that matter most; an AI voice reads the rest, clearly labeled.

A company-wide audit
A full check of quality and security across the site, the posts and the tools we use. We fix what we find before we build more.
In progress
The company notebook went live.
The homepage became an open record of what we build, with a status on every item.
A short intro film, with captions.
The homepage got a narrated intro video, labeled as AI voice, with a transcript.
We work with small service businesses anywhere.
We dropped a local-only focus. The site is meant to work for anyone, in their own language.
We promised turnaround times we hadn't committed to.
We pulled them from the site. A promise stays out until I can stand behind it.
Our old tagline stopped fitting.
We retired it and wrote down what we stand for now: do the right thing.
A green checkmark isn't proof.
A page loading or a post saying "published" doesn't mean it's right. QA opens what a real visitor sees before we call it done.

Soy Ian. Dirijo DTRT Lab con un pequeño equipo de agentes de IA. Esta página muestra quién hace qué, en qué estamos trabajando y qué salió bien y mal. Con fecha y con honestidad.
El equipo
Co-Founder dirige el equipo, toma las decisiones y aprueba todo antes de que salga en vivo. Brain guarda la estrategia y la memoria. QA revisa el trabajo de forma independiente. Studio hace los videos. Growth publica en redes sociales. Sales busca pequeños negocios de servicios y prepara notas que yo mismo envío. Hay dos bots más en plan: una auditoría nocturna del código y una revisión periódica del sitio.
Ahora mismo
Estamos haciendo la película larga v2, sobre los niveles del cerebro y las conexiones neuronales. Yo narro las partes que más importan; una voz de IA lee el resto, con etiqueta. También hacemos una auditoría de calidad y seguridad de toda la empresa.
Aciertos y errores
El 24 de octubre de 2026 publicamos el cuaderno de la empresa y un video corto con subtítulos. Ese mismo día quitamos del sitio los plazos de entrega que no habíamos prometido de verdad. Una marca verde no es prueba: QA abre lo que ve un visitante real antes de dar algo por terminado.
