Terms of use
Last updated October 13, 2026. These terms cover dtrtlab.com and related DTRT Lab pages. Questions: hello@dtrtlab.com.
Who we are
DTRT Lab is Ian Ferraro’s independent creator studio. It publishes videos and public results, offers a free planning conversation for businesses and ideas, and develops original entertainment including DTRT AFTERLIGHT. Formal corporate registration may follow; until then, the studio operates as an independent creator project.
Using the site
You may browse public pages for personal or ordinary business evaluation. Do not attempt to break, scrape at abusive volume, or misuse forms. Do not send malware, spam, or unlawful content through contact or partnership channels.
Free plan and paid work
The free plan prepares practical priorities from information you choose to send. It is not a purchase, retainer, or guarantee of results. Paid work, if any, starts only after a written scope and quote you accept. This website does not charge cards or complete checkout today.
Projects in development
DTRT AFTERLIGHT and related materials are works in progress. Volume One may be readable where linked. There is no public game download, store listing, or preorder unless a page explicitly says so. Screenshots, stills, and descriptions can change.
Intellectual property
Site design, writing, logos, videos, and AFTERLIGHT materials belong to Ian Ferraro / DTRT Lab unless credited otherwise. You may link to public pages and use brand assets under the rules on the Brand page. You may not sell, rebrand, or claim ownership of DTRT Lab work without written permission.
User messages
If you email or prepare a message through the site, you grant us permission to read it and reply. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or confidential customer data. We may keep correspondence as needed to handle your request.
Third-party services
Social platforms, video players, fonts, and analytics providers have their own terms. Leaving dtrtlab.com for those services is under their rules. See Privacy and Cookies.
No warranties
The site and public materials are provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, specific business outcomes from a free plan, or release dates for unreleased software.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DTRT Lab and Ian Ferraro are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on in-development project information. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
